Asset inspection
towers, Bridges, Solar Panels, Wind Turbines, Pipeline ROW, Grid

AERIAL INSPECTION using drone technology provides tangible and substantial benefits.

SAFER & LOWER COSTIn addition to being safer than traditional modes of inspection, asset inspection by drone is also more efficient.  In many cases, equipment can be inspected without the need to be taken out of service, saving time and money.  Additionally, costs are reduced by diminishing the need for special access requirements.

REPEATABLE MISSION DATA – Missions flown by drones can be programmed autonomously, providing the ability to collect repeatable data over time.  Enterprise drones equipped with RTK modules allow for centimeter level positioning accuracy, far superior to GPS.

WIDE INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS – Our enterprise drones with ultra high-res imaging and thermal cameras suitable for use in:

PIPELINE/ROW inspections: Heat leaks and defects can be detected by thermal imaging. Large distances in difficult-to-reach locations can be covered and inspected safely and quickly, reducing risk and cost outlay.

BRIDGES AND DECK inspections: Both above AND below structures can be inspected safely using 30 upwards angle capable cameras installed on our drones.

CELL TOWER inspections: towers are typically difficult  and dangerous to do by traditional means, however inspecting a tower is quick and efficient with a drone. Equipped with 48 megapixel camera, even the smallest details can be captured.

WIND TURBINES: for a variety of reasons are difficult to inspect by traditions means.  However high resolution drones can acquire detailed and actionable data safely and efficiently.  In some instances, the turbine may not even need to be taken out of service.

POWERLINES / GRID: Thermal drones are quickly becoming must-have tools in the electrical energy sector.  The ability to quickly identify “hot” modules in substations and the grid is fundamental application of our RPA systems.

BUILDING MEMBRANE / SYSTEMS:  Aerial thermal inspection can quickly identify problems in your building membrane by pinpointing problem areas.  Water leaks, insulation deficiencies, and heating/cooling system problems can be discerned quickly and safely.

The advantage:

Safety is our priority – Established SOP’s and robust safety systems to keep everyone safe, and save both time and money

Latest drone tech – Our fleet includes latest 2021 enterprise drones

Huge range and battery life – 10km range – extendable with multiple-pilot transfer (SFOC required).  We can run complex missions over 30 mins each flight, with enough battery to fly all day.

Live transmission – We can transmit live video stream directly to your engineers and team specialists to acquire the precise data you require in real-time, without taking them out of service to be physically the field.
